Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including P.O. boxes. We don't ship outside the United States yet.

What it costs
Standard shipping is $8 (3 to 5 business days), and free on orders of $65 and up. Faster USPS options, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express, are priced at checkout. You see the full cost before you pay.

When it ships
We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Delivery times start once your order ships.

Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or is lost in transit, email hello@drkitaskin.com with your order number and we'll replace or refund it. Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.
